These vine leaves are delicate and tender! They come from vineyards which are ideal for making the most delicious dolmades, either with minced meat or "gialanzi", only with rice, which you can combine with a yogurt sauce!
We do not use the vine leaves only for dolmades, but we can make other recipes, such as the "seafood dolmades" (shrimp wrapped in vine leaves) or fricassee chicken with vine leaves!
