SECRETS PGI Florina 75cl, white wine 75cl

SECRETS white IGP Florina is a refined dry white wine, made from a subtle blend of Roditis, an indigenous Greek grape variety, and Sauvignon Blanc, a recognized international grape variety. Grown in the vineyards of the Florina region, these varieties come together to create an elegant, fresh and aromatic wine.

It is a wine with a light yellow colour with green reflections, a sign of freshness and liveliness.  On the nose, it is seductive, revealing aromas of citrus (lemon, grapefruit), tropical fruits (pineapple, mango) and green apple. It is a well-balanced wine with a nice minerality. Citrus and white fruit flavours harmonize with fresh acidity and a silky texture, delivering a clean and elegant finish.

SECRETS Blanc is ideal with seafood, grilled fish, mixed salads, Mediterranean vegetables and fresh cheeses such as feta or goat's cheese. Also perfect as an aperitif for a friendly tasting.
