SECRETS PGI Florina, rosé wine 75cl

SECRETS Rosé PGI Florina is an elegant dry rosé wine, made exclusively from the iconic Greek grape variety Xinomavro. From the high altitude vineyards of Florina, this wine embodies both the freshness and refined character of this unique terroir, enhanced by the know-how of the winemaker.

Its colour is delicate pale pink. On the nose, we discover aromas of fresh woods, raspberry and cherry, combined with light floral notes. 

It has a well-balanced acidity that highlights flavours of red berries, pomegranate and a subtle mineral touch. The texture is silky and the finish, elegant and persistent, leaves a pleasant sensation of freshness.

SECRETS Rosé goes wonderfully with Greek mezze, grilled fish, summer salads, white meats or even fresh cheeses. Ideal for an aperitif or to accompany a light meal on a beautiful sunny day.
