This sweet organic bergamot vinegar is a unique combination of red vinegar and grape syrup from the famous Agiorgitiko variety, flavoured with dried ginger. The only variety of red wine used to make this vinegar is the renowned Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) of Nemea which is transformed into vinegar through natural oxidation.

Its peppery, ginger flavour go perfectly with green salads, fish, red pasta sauces, marinades as well as to prepare a good vinaigrette in combination with LADOLEA olive oils.
