This extra virgin olive oil s produced exclusively from one of the most famous olive varieties in Greece, "Koroneiki", grown under a certified organic diet.

The olives are harvested by hand and cold pressed a few hours after harvest, according to the traditional method. It has very low acidity, a dark green colour and the distinctive aroma of freshly cut olives.

Perfect to be used raw on soups, salads (horiatiki (greek salad), dakos, horta), but also for tzatziki, grilled vegetables or simply with bread!
