Bouyiourntí (mild), tomato and pepper spread with Katiki cheese

    €7.00
     Tax included

The word Bouyourntí is used for an appetizer and it can be as “spicy” as the official documents that we receive in order to pay taxes. But, this one is mild and is made from tomatoes, sweet red Florina peppers and Katiki Domokou cheese (PDO from Fthiotida). Katiki Domokou is a fresh cheese made from goat’s milk or from a mixture of goat’s and sheep’s milk.

You can use it as a dip for crackers, freshly fried potatoes and vegetable sticks. It can also be used as a pizza base, as a burger or sandwich sauce, and even to make original canapés.
