The company "TSAROUHAS BROS SA" was started in 1963 by its founder Georgios Tsarouchas as a small production unit in the city of Kavala. The goal was to create his own traditional products and offer them initially locally. The founder himself selected the best vegetables and processed them into pickles, applying recipes inspired by him and the local tradition.

Today the company numbers three generations which continue to walk with the same passion and enthusiasm in the footsteps of the previous ones always aiming at the central vision of the company.

One of the most important advantages of the company since its establishment until today, is the direct cooperation with producers and the careful selection of the best raw materials. This, in combination with the traditional Macedonian recipes and years of experience in the field of processing, creates products unique in taste and quality. The range of products consists of various vegetables in brine such as Macedonian peppers, roasted peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, cucumber, capers, pickles, olives, etc.
