Method of preparation:

Microwave:

Take the tray out of its cardboard box. Remove the plastic film from the tray. Place the tray in the microwave (800W) for 2 minutes*. Let stand for 1 minute and serve. Enjoy your lunch!

Fry:

Remove the cardboard label from the packaging. Remove the plastic film from the tray. Fry the meatballs in the deep fryer at 175°C for one minute.* Wait one minute before serving. Enjoy your lunch !

Oven :

Remove the cardboard label from the packaging. Remove the plastic film from the tray. Place the meatballs on parchment paper in a baking dish at 180°C for 10 minutes.* Wait one minute before serving. Enjoy your lunch !
