This greek white wine with a yellow-green colour has aromas of melon, mango, kiwi and pineapple. Refreshing and fruity, its acidity is enticing and its final note is mineral and persistent.

It will accompany shellfish dishes such as mussels, oysters, scallops and clams as well as grilled fish, pasta and exotic fruits.
