1959 dry white wine PGI Florina 75cl

The 1959 PGI Florina is an elegant dry white wine, born from the harmonious alliance between the indigenous greek grape variety Roditis and the international Sauvignon Blanc. Cultivated in the vineyards of the Florina region, these grape varieties express all the freshness and richness of this terroir with its cool climate and varied soils.

It is pale yellow with green reflections, testifying to its freshness. On the nose, it is intense and seductive, revealing aromas of tropical fruits (pineapple, mango), green apple, lemon, and floral nuances of jasmine, with a herbaceous hint characteristic of Sauvignon Blanc. 

It is a wine with a fresh and lively mouthfeel, with a beautiful minerality. Citrus and white fruit flavours blend into a balanced structure, supported by crisp acidity and a clean, refreshing finish.

The 1959 IGP Florina goes perfectly with seafood, grilled fish, light salads, vegetarian dishes with crunchy vegetables, or even fresh cheeses such as feta or goat cheese.
