- 2 teaspoons mountain tea
- 1 teaspoon flamouri
- 1 teaspoon peppermint
- honey
Utensils
- 1 mug
Making
In a cup of boiling water, pour the mountain tea, the flamouri and the peppermint.
Cover the cup to prevent heat loss and leave the tea for about 10 minutes.
Drain the content of the cup.
Serve. You can add one or more tablespoons of honey.
