- 80 g feta
- 3 small cucumbers
- 60 g greek black olives
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil Koroneiki
- pine nuts
- ½ red onion (optional)
- sprigs of mint
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar with honey
- salt
- pepper
Making

First, cut the melon into cubes, the cucumbers and the red onion into slices.
