Bruschetta with fresh cheese, sun-dried tomatoes and thyme are perfect for an aperitif at home with friends or as a starter !

Ingredients
- 6 slices of bread
- fresh cheese
- 12 sun-dried tomatoes
- extra virgin olive oil
- organic thyme of Lefkada
- arugula leaves
- freshly ground pepper

Making
Toast the slices of bread in the toaster.
In a bowl, put the fresh cheese with freshly ground pepper.
Then, drain the sun-dried tomatoes.
Spread fresh cheese on the toasted bread slices. Then, distribute the sun-dried tomatoes on top.
Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, sprinkle with organic thyme from the island of Lefkada, arugula leaves and enjoy!
