The baked feta is a Greek mezze simple and quick to make, with surprising texture and very sweet in the mouth, ideal as an aperitif or starter !
Ingredients
- 200 g feta
- ½ diced tomato
- ¼ green pepper in pieces
- ¼ red onion cut in cuves
- 5 pitted Kalamata olives
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- ½ teaspoon oregano
Utensils

- 1 bowl
Making
Turn on the oven at 170 ° C
Wash the vegetables. Cut the tomato, the pepper and the onion. Cut the olives and remove their pits.
Put the feta in the center of a foil. Pour the bowl contents. Mount the edges of the foil so that it does not overflow.
Put in the oven and leave about 15min. The feta will become a little softer. It will not be melted.
Remove from the oven and put and serve on a plate. Serve with breadsticks, pieces of bread or even with paximadia.
