Puff pastry twists with Kalamon Greek olive tapenade is a super simple, easy and quick recipe to make! You only need two ingredients! It is an ideal recipe for aperitifs at home!
Ingredients
- 1 butter puff pastry
- 50 g Kalamata olives tapenade

Making
First, preheat the oven to 200°C.
Unroll the puff pastry on your kitchen table.
Spread well 50 g of Kalamon olive tapenade over the entire dough.
Then cut strips 2 cm wide and about 10 cm long and twist them.
Bake for 15 minutes to obtain crispy twists!
Depending on the oven, maybe the twists will need a bit more time.
You can replace the Kalamon olive tapenade with green olive tapenade from Chalkidiki, pistachio pesto from Aegina, eggplant caviar or roasted red pepper and eggplant spread.
Serve cold and enjoy!
