This is a recipe for preparing a Dakos salad with olive oil with oregano from our producer Ladolea. An easy and fast recipe !
Ingredients
- 1 large barley rusk
- 1 tomato coarsely grated
- ½ onion cut in cubes
- 100 g feta cheese cut in cubes
- 2 tablespoons Ladolea olive oil with oregano
- salt
- pepper
- wild capers of Tinos
- black Amfissis olives
- 1 tablespoon Ladolea sweet vinegar with bergamot
Making
Mix the tomato, sweet vinegar with bergamot, salt, pepper, wild capers of Tinos, black Amfissis olives, onion and feta cheese.
Pour the mixture over the rusk.
You can use other types of rusks to make the same salad in a salad bowl.
At the end pour the extra virgin olive oil with oregano Ladolea!
