Rosemary baked potatoes are perfect to accompany any meat or fish dish or to enhance a mixed salad.
Ingredients
- 8 potatoes (medium)
- 4 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
- rosemary
- lemon pepper seasoning
- garlic, finely chopped (optional)

Making
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Wash, peel the potatoes and cut them into large cubes or slices according to your taste.
Brush the oven dish with organic extra virgin olive oil.
Place the potato cubes on the oven dish.
Sprinkle with lemonopipero (lemon pepper seasoning), rosemary and garlic (optional).
Cook at 200°C for approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
From time to time, stir the potatoes.
If the potatoes turn brown too quickly, cover with aluminum foil.
