Ingredients

  • 1400 g white fish sliced or whole (as red mullet)
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 4 medium chopped tomatoes
  • ½ cup dry white wine
  • salt
  • pepper
  • chopped parsley
  • water

Cook the onions in half a cup of olive oil and a little water.
