Easy french crepes dough

This recipe for easy classic french crepes dough for either sweet or savory crepes will amaze you !

Ingredients for the dough

  • 250 g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 25 cl milk
  • 25 cl water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 small pinch of salt (optional)

Utensils

  • 1 whip
  • 1 bowl
  • 1 ladle
  • 1 wooden spoon
  • 1 shallow crepe pan

Making

Mix the flour and the eggs.

Then add the milk and water little by little and mix well and constantly until you have a smooth dough.

Add the olive oil and salt (optional) in the mix.

Leave to stand for 1 hour at room temperature, which will allow the flour to absorb the liquids well and thus to rise your dough.

Pour a little olive oil into your shallow crepe pan. Then add a ladle of dough.

Cook about 2-3 minutes on each side, so that the crepe is golden brown.

Vous pouvez preparer cette recette pour la Chandeleur, pour un petit-déjeuner, un brunch ou bien une soirée entre amis !

Vous pouvez également ajoutez des fruits coupés (comme des fraises, kiwis, bananes) et/ou de la chantilly.

Enfin, si vous voulez une touche typiquement grecque, n’hésitez pas à rajouter de la cannelle avec vos crêpes au miel (notre favorite, qui vous fera penser aux tiganites !)
