Ingrédients
- 60 ml espresso
- sugar (according to your taste)
- 50 ml milk
- ice cubes

Making
Prepare the espresso
You can either use espresso coffee powder and prepare a double espresso in the Italian machine or you can use two capsules to prepare your double espresso.
In a shaker, pour the hot espresso and add three ice cubes and the sugar (according to your preference).
Prepare milk foam
Then, in a milk frother or using an electric whisk, froth 50 ml of cold milk until you obtain an airy texture.
Assemble your Freddo Cappuccino
Finally, in the freddo cappuccino glass put four ice cubes and pour the espresso coffee and delicately add the milk foam on top using a spoon.
For a more indulgent version, add a pinch of cocoa or cinnamon to the mousse.
Test with almond or oat milk for a lighter, more vegetal touch (on the other hand, the milk will not froth like cow’s milk).
