Brizoles (steaks) in the oven is a typical Greek dish, easy to prepare and ideal for a meal with your family or with your guests.

Making
Preheat the oven to 200 °.
Put in a bowl olive oil, mustard, garlic, salt, pepper, honey, thyme, oregano and lemon juice. Mix well.
Cut the potatoes in dices.
Put both steaks and potatoes in the baking dish.
Pour the bowl contents over the potatoes and the meat.
Fill 1.5 cup with water and pour into the oven dish.
Put the dish in the oven. Leave for about 40 minutes, but you have to look to turn the steaks. At the end, it must remain only olive oil.
