Making
Chop the almonds, pistachios from Aegina, hazelnuts and nuts.
Apply baking paper to a ray or a pyrex. Pour the nuts, organic sultanas raisins, cranberries and plums into the pan and mix them well.
Put it in the oven at 180 ° C and bake for 25-30 minutes. Stir every 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven, allow to cool and place in an airtight jar.
