- 5 cl Metaxa 12 stars
- 2 cl fresh lemon juice
- 1 cl pumpkin syrup
- ice
- optional 2 cl egg white or 1 tsp meringue
- orange zest (garnish)
- cinnamon stick (optional)
Making

Pour Metaxa 12 Stars, fresh lemon juice, pumpkin syrup and egg white into a shaker with ice, shake well and strain.
The egg white is optional. If you want, you can replace it by 1 teaspoon meringue.
If you don’t have a pumpkin syrup, you can replace it by 1 piece of well boiled pumpkin muddled with 1 CL sugar syrup.

Shake one more time, this time without ice.

Strain into a glass with big ice cubes.

Garnish with an orange zest and a burning cinnamon stick.
