Ingrédients
- 60 ml espresso
- sugar (according to your taste)
- ice cubes

- shaker
- milk further/electric whisk
Making
First, prepare a double dose of espresso (60ml).
You can either use espresso coffee powder and prepare a double espresso in the Italian machine or you can use two capsules to prepare your double espresso.
In a shaker, pour the hot espresso and add three ice cubes and the sugar (according to your preference).
Then, froth with the electric whisk or milk frother until your coffee takes on a little volume.
Finally, put four ice cubes in the freddo espresso glass and pour the contents of the shaker into the glass.
Serve with a straw !
